Shipping Policy
All orders will be usually processed and shipped out within 2~3 business days unless specific shipping date is requested. Please allow 5 business days if in the high volume season.
All orders will be shipped via UPS by our UPS account unless otherwise requested. We don't automatically provide UPS tracking numbers. Please contact us if you need one.
Shipping charge will be added to the order invoice. D epending on your location it can take from 1-5 business days to arrive. Official invoice will be mailed out to you by mail after the shipment is sent out.
Drop Shipping:
All drop shipments are subject to a $5 handling fee for each package in addition to the shipping charge.
Warranty and Return / Replacement Policy
We maintain the highest standards of quality control / assurance within our industry. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We inspect each single item before we ship them out to you from our warehouse. There is a very rare chance that you will receive a damaged product. But if you do, please follow the guideline below to ensure a quick hassle-free return and replacement process.
Our warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship. But please keep in mind that our products are made out of nature wood, and are handmade and hand painted. There might be very slight imperfections on wood stains, wood patterns and variations in color. These are not considered damages.
Our products must be treated gently with care. We are not responsible for any physical damage(s) made by customers by force.
1. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging material(s) until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product(s) you have received.
2. Product damage(s) must be report to us for a Return Authorization Number (RA #) within 30 days of receipt. Damaged product(s) will be replaced as long as the product(s) is returned in new, unused condition inside its original packaging. Please ensure your package(s) arrive to us safely and undamaged, and remember to include all accessories, parts, and pieces (if any) for a full refund and exchange.
3. All replacements must be made with RA #. After the RA # is issued, we will send you UPS return label(s) by email or USPS mail. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing replacements.
4. We will pay for the return shipping and replacement shipping only if the products have defects in material or workmanship, and the return is made within 30 days upon receipt. Any return made by other reasons will be charged with 15% restocking fee to cover product handling, re-inspection and re-packaging. This type of return shipping costs will be at your expense.
5. Exception for Electronic Music Box: The Disc changeable Music Boxes and IC Chip Music Boxes are warranted against defects in electronics or mechanism for 12 months from date of purchase. Shipping costs both ways will be at the customer’s expense. Any problems arising from misuse, attempts at repair, dropping, cracking or any type of physical damages are not covered by this warranty.
